Pubic Works and Government Services Canada had us create several profiles of some of their most ambitious projects. The profiles ranged from revolutionary brownfield technologies to the dismantling of abandoned ocean vessels, each one highlighting unique project challenges. At the project conclusion Anne Thompson, Environmental Services analyst for PWCSC said, “I was very pleased with the end products, and have received many complimentary remarks on all of these. Certainly, Actual Media is on my radar for upcoming opportunities to profile and promote innovative technologies.” Thanks, Anne.
RCCAO
RCCAO’s timely and highly-informative research reports needed a face lift, so they approached Actual. With a little time, and a small investment from RCCAO, we have created an attractive identity for their research reports that includes more than their Orwellian logo.
XCG 20th Anniversary
If your three-person start-up balloons to 80 employees, six offices, and becomes an industry giant in 20 years, it’s time to break out the fist bumps, chocolate cake and anniversary brochures. And that’s just what XCG did with this lovely 20-page brochure. This piece celebrates the unique people and projects that have helped make XCG what it is today. After reading the brochure, Eric K Pringle, VP operations at Hemmera said, “It looks awesome! I read it cover to cover with real interest. The interview with Stephen and Richard was really nice and the people focus was excellent. Well done.” Thanks Eric. And congratulations to everyone at XCG.
Water’s Next
To celebrate Water Canada’s first year, we decided it was time to do even more work! To kick off our second year, we came up with Water’s Next as a way to celebrate the best in Canada’s water industry. After an open call for submissions, our selection committee, comprised of almost two dozen industry professionals, sifted through all the submissions and came up with this year’s featured nominees.
